Refund Policy

At Social Wildflower, we are committed to providing high-quality marketing, branding, content creation, and social media management services. Due to the time, strategy, and creative work invested in each project, our refund policy is as follows:
Service-Based Work
All payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:
Social media management
Content creation
Branding and logo design
Marketing strategy
Website design
Graphic design
Consulting services
Because our services involve customized work tailored specifically to each client, refunds cannot be provided for completed or partially completed work.
Monthly Services
Clients enrolled in recurring monthly services may cancel future services by providing written notice according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.
Cancellation of ongoing services does not entitle the client to a refund for services already performed or work currently in progress.
Project Deposits
Any deposits or retainers paid to reserve project time, begin strategy development, or secure services are non-refundable.
Client Delays or Non-Participation
Social Wildflower is not responsible for delays resulting from a client's failure to provide requested information, approvals, content, or feedback. Refunds will not be issued due to project delays caused by client inactivity.
