Service-Based Work

All payments made for services are non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes, but is not limited to:

Because our services involve customized work tailored specifically to each client, refunds cannot be provided for completed or partially completed work.

Monthly Services

Clients enrolled in recurring monthly services may cancel future services by providing written notice according to the terms outlined in their service agreement.

Cancellation of ongoing services does not entitle the client to a refund for services already performed or work currently in progress.

Project Deposits

Any deposits or retainers paid to reserve project time, begin strategy development, or secure services are non-refundable.

Client Delays or Non-Participation
